    Conor will also be taking 3 coach led sessions to analyse your technique and have you reaching your full potential when it comes to strength training.

  • 6 week online programme

    You’ll also get a tailored strength plan to help you work on these movements using our Bia App so you can train easily outside of your coach led sessions.
